HubSpot's Latest Product Updates: Smarter Sales Meetings, AI Knowledge Sharing and Visual CRM Structure

Three Key Feature Call Outs

AI Meeting Assistant for Smarter Sales Conversations

(PRIVATE BETA)

No more jumping between tabs to prep for meetings or wondering what to do afterward. HubSpot’s new AI Meeting Assistant provides a single space to prepare, review, and follow up — so sales reps can stay focused on closing deals.

Why focus here? Until now, reps relied on scattered tools and manual effort to gather meeting context, take notes, and determine next steps. This often led to missed opportunities and inconsistent follow-up. With the AI Meeting Assistant, reps get meeting insights, recordings, transcripts, and action items — all in one record, all automatically generated.

>>This feature is available to Professional and Enterprise accounts across Sales Hub and Customer Platform.

Why Does It Matter?

Supporting the full meeting lifecycle helps sales teams:

  • Increase efficiency - Access prep materials, recordings, and follow-ups in one place.
  • Improve alignment - Share AI-generated summaries with attendees to keep everyone on the same page.
  • Accelerate pipeline - Act on guided next steps right away to keep momentum moving.

How Does It Work?

Navigate to Sales Workspace, then:

  • Click a meeting from the Summary or Schedule tabs
  • Or access the meeting record from any CRM timeline activity

Inside the meeting record, you'll see:

  • Info & Insights – Attendee details, internal notes, web visits, talking points, and activity
  • Recording & Transcript – A full transcript with a detailed, AI-generated meeting summary
  • Next Steps – AI-powered Guided Actions for follow-up, plus shortcuts to email, tasks, and sequences

AI-Powered Knowledge Base Agent

(PRIVATE BETA)

Creating support content just got easier. HubSpot’s new Knowledge Base Agent uses support tickets and knowledge gaps to automatically generate article drafts, helping your team publish helpful content faster — with far less manual work.

Why focus here? Support, marketing, and ops teams often spend hours analyzing tickets and identifying what’s missing from their help content. The Knowledge Base Agent speeds up that process by turning real customer questions into article drafts you can edit and publish — helping you scale self-serve content without sacrificing quality.

>>This feature is available to Professional and Enterprise accounts across Service Hub.

  • Fill gaps faster – Turn ticket trends into published knowledge base content quickly.
  • Improve customer experience – Keep your knowledge base fresh and relevant with less manual effort.

How Does It Work?

Navigate to Content > Knowledge Base.

  3. Make edits in the article editor and publish when ready

Requirements:

  • At least 5 support tickets in your portal
  • Customer Agent setup with knowledge gaps enabled
  • Active knowledge base (on the newest version)
  • English content recommended during the beta

Take Control with HubSpot's Data Model Builder

(PRIVATE BETA)

HubSpot’s new Data Model Builder gives admins a centralized, visual space to manage objects, properties, and associations — all in one place.

Why focus here? Managing your CRM architecture used to require jumping between property settings, object configurations, and association tabs — often without a clear view of how everything fits together. The Data Model Builder eliminates this guesswork by providing a visual map of your entire data model, making it easier to build, update, and scale confidently.

>>This feature is available to all Hubs and all tiers.

Why Does It Matter?

Unifying your data model into a single view helps CRM admins:

  • Increase clarity – Understand how objects and properties relate with a visual map.
  • Reduce errors - Make structural updates with full context, avoiding unintended consequences
  • Scale smarter – Build cleaner data foundations that support automation and reporting.

How Does It Work?

Navigate to Data Management > Data Model, then click “Edit Data Model” in the upper-right corner.

From here, you can:

  1. Create and connect custom objects
  2. View the top 10 most used properties per object
  3. Build object associations with labels and limits
  4. Export a visual snapshot of your CRM architecture
