HubSpot’s Latest Updates: More Productivity Wins Across Your CRM

Three Key Feature Call Outs

1) A Clearer View of Every Customer Journey

(PUBLIC BETA)

>>This feature is available on all hubs and all tiers.

See your contacts and companies in a brand-new board view, alongside an enhanced experience across deals and tickets. With this release, your CRM records become easier to scan, prioritize, and customize.

Why focus here? Customer data is only useful if your team can make sense of it quickly. Traditional table views can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to spot patterns or act on opportunities in real time. A board view offers a more visual, intuitive way to manage relationships and track progress.

Why Does It Matter?

The new board views give teams a visual pulse on the customer lifecycle, making it easier to:

  • Proactively manage relationships with a visual pulse on customer lifecycle stages
  • Spot opportunities early with more intuitive board scanning
  • Save time with in-board customization and quick actions
  • Empower users and admins to personalize their experience without extra clicks

How Does It Work?

To access the new board view for Contacts and Companies:

  • Navigate to Contacts or Companies in your CRM

  • Click the Board icon in the upper left corner

Customize your board experience

  • Admins: Edit cards for all users, selecting up to 4 properties
  • Users: Add up to 2 extra properties and reorder fields for your view
  • Toggle priority tags, choose associations, and surface activities directly on the board

2) No More Endless Scrolling in CRM Records

>>This feature is available on all hubs and all tiers.

Scrolling through long CRM records just got easier. With sticky tabs, the tab bar now stays visible at the top of your screen, so you can stay oriented and switch between sections without interruption.

Why focus here? When working inside complex CRM records, losing track of navigation slows teams down. By keeping the tab bar in view, users can move quickly between sections, stay oriented, and avoid the frustration of endless scrolling. It’s a simple UX upgrade that eliminates friction in daily workflows.

Why Does It Matter?

Sticky tabs is a small UX improvement that delivers:

  • Faster navigation across long records
  • Consistent visibility into key record sections
  • Less wasted time scrolling back to the top

How Does It Work?

No setup required! This update rolls out to all users automatically.

  • The tab bar remains fixed at the top while you scroll
  • Only the content below the tab bar moves
  • A subtle shadow indicates when more content is available above or below
  • No setup required—this update rolls out to all users automatically

3) Cut Through the Clutter with Unused Reports

(PRIVATE BETA)

>>This feature is available on Starter, Pro and Enterprise.

Your reporting library just got easier to manage. A new “Unused Reports” tab highlights reports that haven’t been viewed in the past 6 months—helping you keep your data clean, organized, and focused on what matters.

Why focus here? Over time, reporting libraries become cluttered with outdated or irrelevant reports. Teams waste time searching through long lists, and stakeholders lose clarity on which reports actually matter. By surfacing unused reports, you can streamline your workspace and ensure focus stays on insights that drive action.

Why Does It Matter?

With the new Unused Reports tab, you can:

  • Eliminate clutter so only relevant reports remain
  • Save time by helping teams find the right reports faster
  • Build trust in data by ensuring everyone is working from clear, up-to-date insights
  • Maintain organizational focus by keeping your reporting library lean and purposeful

How Does It Work?

  1. Go to your list of report
  2. Click the “Unused Reports” tab
  3. Review the list of reports that haven’t been used in 6+ months
  4. Delete the ones you no longer need

This feature is currently in private beta for Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. To get access, you’ll need to submit a request through your HubSpot account rep or support team.
