With no CRM in place and a process built entirely in Outlook, the team had no way to track pipeline health, assign leads effectively, or report on performance. A Shared Inbox Meant Missed Opportunities
Marketing activity generated interest, but there was no connected system to capture and act on it. Rich data—like studio preferences, move-in dates, and booking reasons—was collected but stuck in email threads instead of being available for segmentation or reporting.
Lead tracking methods relied on workarounds—like placeholder emails and duplicate contacts—which made accurate reporting and forecasting difficult.

Contract creation was handled manually using email threads and offline templates. There was no system to generate contracts automatically, and even minor edits triggered time-consuming back-and-forth. Deals stalled, and the team lacked visibility into contract status or pipeline progression.

A CRM Built Around Their Sales Model
accelant designed a deal pipeline and lead routing workflows tailored to their business. Form submissions now generate leads, notify the right team members, and trigger deal creation when a prospect responds. Every lead is tracked, assigned, and actionable inside HubSpot.

Seamless Contracting Through Oneflow Integration
Contracts are now generated automatically in Oneflow using data pulled directly from HubSpot deals. Conditional logic adapts templates based on studio selection, hiding irrelevant content and keeping contracts clean. Once a contract is signed, HubSpot updates deal stages in real time.


Training Designed for Sales Confidence
Beyond implementation, accelant equipped their small sales team to work effectively inside HubSpot. Training sessions centered on the Sales Workspace, covering how to manage deals, use templates, and leverage automation in their day-to-day workflow.
