Growth looks different at every stage.

In the early days, it’s about building momentum, assembling the right people, proving the model, and learning fast. But growth on its own rarely tells the full story.

As accelant turns three this May, growth has taken on a new meaning. It has become more intentional, more focused, and more deeply rooted in the way we serve our clients. It’s a year defined not by scale alone, but by clarity and commitment.

Today, we’re reflecting with gratitude for the people and partnerships that brought us here, and with excitement for what comes next.

Three years, three different perspectives

As accelant has grown, so has our team. But growth, for us, hasn’t just meant adding people. It’s meant gaining new perspectives, building deeper expertise, becoming more focused on how we serve our clients, and raising the bar for the work we deliver.

To mark our third year, we asked a few team members at different stages of their journey with accelant to reflect on what that growth has looked like from the inside, and how it’s shaped the way we show up for our clients.

 

One year at accelant

“Joining accelant, what stood out immediately was how clear the expectations and standards were. That hasn’t changed, but over the past year I’ve seen how intentionally the team has grown into those standards, both in our work and the culture we’re building. There’s a real focus on doing things the right way, from how we structure data and design processes in HubSpot to how we collaborate internally. That intentionality shows up in every client engagement and makes a difference long-term. What excites me most going into the next year is continuing to raise that bar and building solutions that truly scale."

As our work has become more focused and our client engagements more complex, we’ve continued to invest in the processes, expertise, and rigor required to deliver consistently at a higher level.

One of our proudest achievements this past year was earning HubSpot Implementation Accreditation — a milestone that reflects the trust our clients place in us and the standards we hold ourselves to.

This accreditation is awarded to partners who demonstrate a proven ability to deliver complex implementations with consistency and care. For us, it represents an important marker of how our growth has translated into deeper expertise and stronger outcomes for our clients.

As we look ahead to year four, our focus remains clear: continuing to deliver meaningful value for our clients. We’re building on the foundation we’ve established by leaning into three core priorities:

1. Going deeper in the markets we serve

We’re doubling down on the industries and clients we know best—bringing sharper insights, more relevant strategies, and greater impact through specialization. This includes continued focus on Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Education, Manufacturing, and Field Services, where depth of experience drives better outcomes for our clients.

2. Investing in our team & expertise

From continued certifications to handson experience, we’re committed to growing our team’s skills so our clients benefit from trusted, expert guidance at every stage.

3. Using AI thoughtfully to help clients scale

We’re exploring practical, responsible uses of AI to streamline workflows, surface better insights, and help teams work smarter without losing the human touch. This approach aligns closely with HubSpot’s innovation— including Breeze and its evolution into an agentic customer platform—and reflects our commitment to driving meaningful progress alongside the platform.

Our goal is not just to keep up with change, but to help our clients lead through it — using technology thoughtfully, responsibly, and with real business impact.
