TL;DR - March Updates

  • Cross‑object insights created instantly with Breeze Assistant
  • Automated one‑time invoicing from quotes or deals using workflows
  • Faster duplicate review with customizable columns
  • Centralized visibility into connected apps and integrations

1) Breeze Assistant Can Now Create Multi-Object Reports

 >>This feature is available on Professional and Enterprise tiers across all hubs. This feature is also available on Starter tier across Content Hub.

HubSpot is making it easier to understand how different parts of your business connect. Breeze Assistant can now generate multi‑object reports, so you can analyze relationships across your CRM without needing to know how reporting is structured under the hood.

What changed

Breeze Assistant can now create reports that pull data from multiple CRM objects in a single report. When you ask a report, Breeze Assistant automatically determines whether it requires a multi‑object report and generates it for you — no manual setup required.

Why it matters

Answering real business questions often requires understanding how data across objects relates. Previously, this meant knowing how to build multi‑object reports yourself.

With this update, teams can get answers to questions like:

  • Which contact sources are associated with the most closed-lost deals?
  • How long does it take to close a ticket by company?
  • Which campaigns drove meetings that became opportunities?
…and get answers instantly, without technical complexity.

How to apply this

To get started:

  1. Open Breeze Assistant
  2. Ask your reporting question directly in the chat
  3. Breeze Assistant will generate the appropriate report automatically

No need to choose objects or configure report types — Breeze takes care of that for you.

2) Automate Billing with One-Time Invoices from Quotes or Deals

>>This feature is available on Professional and Enterprise tiers across all hubs.

HubSpot is making invoicing easier to automate. Workflows can now convert quotes or deals directly into draft, one‑time invoices, helping teams speed up billing while reducing manual effort.

What changed

A new Convert to Invoice workflow action automatically creates a draft, one‑time invoice from a quote or deal. If the source record includes recurring line items, the workflow generates a one‑time version of those line items.

Why it matters

Invoice creation is often repetitive and manual. Automating this step helps:

  • Reduce handoffs between sales and finance
  • Create invoices faster and in a consistent format
  • Support flexible billing scenarios without extra setup

How to apply this

Create a workflow based on either:

  • Quotes (e.g., when a quote is published), or
  • Deals (e.g., when a deal enters a specific stage)

Add the Convert to Invoice action and turn the workflow on.

3) Review Potential Duplicates Faster with Custom Columns

>>This feature is available on Professional and Enterprise tiers across all hubs.

HubSpot is improving how teams manage data quality. You can now customize the columns shown in the duplicate management table, making it easier to evaluate potential duplicates at a glance.

What changed

The duplicate management table now supports custom columns, allowing you to add or remove properties that matter most when reviewing duplicate record pairs. Duplicate records are stacked together for easier comparison.

Why it matters

Previously, users only saw display names and had to click into each pair for more context. With custom columns, teams can:

  • Compare key properties directly in the table
  • Reduce time spent opening individual records
  • Make faster, more confident merge decisions

How to apply this

From the duplicate management table:

  • Use the column menu to add or remove properties
  • Customize columns for both default and custom duplicate rules (custom rules currently in beta)

4) Understand App Behavior at a Glance with Connection Insights

>>This feature is available on all hubs and all hubs.

As your HubSpot account grows and more integrations are added, staying aware of how everything is behaving becomes more important. Connection Insights provides a centralized view of your connected apps across HubSpot.

What changed

Connection Insights is a new tab in Connected Apps that displays high‑level signals related to app activity, automation involvement, disconnect history, and API usage.

Each signal links you to the relevant areas of HubSpot for deeper investigation.

Why it matters

Instead of navigating across multiple pages, teams can now:

  • See what’s happening across all apps in one place
  • Understand downstream behavior more quickly
  • Move from awareness to action when something looks off

How to apply this

From the Connection Insights tab, you can explore:

  • Automation insights and workflows by app
  • Unused workflow actions from connected apps
  • Record insights showing record creation and updates over time
